Ham & Vegetable Soup made with Ham Stock

Ingredients
Ham stock from Ham BoneHamOnionsCarrotsTurnipsCeleryKaleLentilsBarleySplit PeasSpinachParsleyBlack PepperWater
Directions
Cook ham on the bone for about 2 hrs in water.
Slice ham and add to stock
Add chopped onions, carrots, turnip, celery
Add lentils, barley, split peas
Add Kale & spinach (frozen or fresh)
Boil and simmer until desired constituency
Add chopped parsley & Black pepper.

Serve with bread, if desired.
