Turkey Sausage and Pepper Skillet

Ingredients
1 lb ground turkey sausage1 green pepper1 red pepper1/2 yellow onion3/4 cup 4 blend Mexican cheeseSaltPepperAny addition seasonings you like
Directions
Cook turkey sausage and onions in skillet. After turkey is cooked, add peppers and any seasoning you like (I add salt, pepper, and New Orleans seasonings to give more kick). Turn heat down and let peppers cook some. Add cheese to top and turn off burner. Cover and let cheese melt.
