Lower carb Breakfast Casserole

Ingredients
6 eggs1 C milk1/2 C sausage crumbles4 slices bread1/2 C mushrooms4 slices American Cheese1-2 t yellow mustardsalt and pepper
Directions
Spray a 9" glass baking dish with non-stick spray. place bread slices on the bottom, top with cheese slices, mushrooms and sausage. In a blender, mix the milk, eggs, mustard, salt and pepper, pour into the baking dish.
Microwave on high for 13-15 minutes until the center is set and cooked.
