creamed tuna and rice

Ingredients
2 cans tuna fish3 tablespoons margarine3 tablespoons flour2 cups cooked rice2 cups 1% milk
Directions
In a skillet melt your margarine and add flour. Mix and cook the flour. Slowly add in the milk and stir until well blended with no lumps and is thick. (If you need to thin it out just add water) Add in the tuna and cooked rice. Stir and let simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
Makes 4 3/4 cup servings
