Mexican Chicken Salad

Ingredients
4.5 oz cooked chicken breast (skinless)1/4 red pepper, diced1 scallion, sliced3 T shredded low-fat cheddar cheese2 T salsa2 T fat-free sour cream2 cups shredded green leaf lettuce
Directions
Combine first 6 ingredients in bowl, then microwave for 30 seconds.

Serve on top of shredded lettuce.
