Potato Salad

Ingredients
2 lb. small red potatoes1 hard-boiled, peeled, large egg1/2 medium yellow onion, chopped1 + 1/2 large stalks celery, chopped1 tbsp dill relish, drained2 tbsp sweet relish,drained7 tbsp light mayonnaise1/4 tsp black pepper1/2 tsp sea salt
Directions
Boil potatoes until tender. Drain and let cool.
Chop egg and set aside. Peel potatoes and chop into bite-size pieces. Mix all ingredients except salt in large bowl. Add salt to taste.
