Spinach Dip (Vegan)

Ingredients
1 540ml can of Cannellini Beans (White Kidney Beans) 2 cups raw baby spinach1 whole lemon (juice and zest)3 tbsp olive oil1/4 tsp ground cumin1/4 tsp sea salt1/4 tsp pepper1/2 tsp garlic powder1/2 tsp onion powder
Directions
Drain and rinse beans
Pulse in food processor until almost smooth
Add washed raw spinach, olive oil, lemon juice and zest
Pulse until spinach starts to incorporate
Add spices and pulse until smooth
Add more spices to taste if needed

Serving Size: Approximately 20 - 2 tbsp servings
