Vegetarian Chilli with ground soy

Ingredients
Onions, raw, 4 cup, chopped Celery, raw, 2 stalk, large (11"-12" long) Coconut Oil, 3 1tsp Garlic, 2 clove Yves Ground Soya 1 package, 908 gram(s) 2 lbs1 Med. Green Bell Pepper, 1 serving *Chili seasoning mix (PC), 10 gram(s) 2 pkgs2 cans of diced tomatoes1 can tomato paste1 can navy beans drained and rinsed1 can red kidney beans drained and rinsed3 can black beans drained and rinsed2 Bay leavesAdd extra Cumin to tasteAdd extra Chilli pepper to taste
Directions
Sauté onions, garlic, celery, carrots in coconut oil 5 minutes or so,add Ground soya, sauté for a few more minutes
Add Canned tomatoes and paste and seasonings
Add drained and rinsed beans
