Ingredients
2cups split yellow peas1 Large carrot chopped fine2 celery stocks chopped fine 1 cup raw onion chopped fine one ham bone all meat removed10 cups of water
Directions
place all ingredients except for the split peas into a pressure cooker and boil hard for thirty minutes
Remove the bone and then place the split peas into the liquid
boil hard in pressure cooker for 6 to 10 minutes.
let cool and then puree the mixture
