Cauliflower Soup with Sausage and rice

Ingredients
Saute Onions and Celery in Olive Oil. Add cauliflower, saute. Add salt and peper, basil and thyme to taste. Add packet of red miso soup, and stir. let cook for 15 min. cover with 6 cups of water and let simmer for another 20 min or so till cauliflower is soft.meanwhile, brown the sausage. When cauflower is done, use an immerision blender to puree. Stir in sausage and cup of cooked brown rice. simmer for a bit.serve, eat enjoy.
