Ingredients
2 cup sour cream1 cup country crock1.5 cup shredded cheeseBaked potatoes cut into halvessaltpepper
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 cut baked potatoes in halves, scoop out center. put in a big bowl. mix with the sour cream. butter, salt, pepper, and 1 cup of the cheese. put scoops of potatoes back into skins and bake for 15 to 20 minutes.
