Applesauce Oatmeal Muffins

Ingredients
1 cup old fashioned, or rolled, oats1 cup unsweetened applesauce1/2 cup milk 1 large egg1 tsp. vanilla extract1 small banana, mashed 1/4 cup of granulated sugar 3/4 cup all purpose flour1 tsp. baking powder1/2 tsp. baking soda1 tsp. cinnamon1 tsp. salt
Directions
In a medium bowl, combine oats, applesauce, milk, egg, vanilla, banana, and sugar. Set aside.

In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt.

Add the wet ingredients to the dry, stirring just until combined.

Divide equally into muffin tins and bake at 375 F for 10-15 minutes
