Gluten Free Broccoli Crust Pizza

Crust:1c cooked Broccoli(used 90g )1 large egg1tbsp ground Flax (7g)1c Shredded Italian Cheese(used 88g)1/2 shredded cheddar cheese (used 36g mexican shred)I added a bit of ground basilToppings included in nutrition facts*:Approx 3/4c Shredded Italian Cheese(40g)1/3c Mushrooms (used 23g frozen)0.5c Pasta Sauce
Preheat oven 450
-Drain/Press/squeeze then shred/chop broccoli
-In a bowl combine all ingredients and desired seasoning/spices. (I added a bit of ground basil & then sprinkled ground garlic on crust before putting in oven)
-Press evenly into well greased pan or on cookie sheet
-Bake at 450 degrees until browned and bubbly (15-20 minutes).
-Top like a pizza and re-bake to cook toppings. (2-5m)
