Bacon Blue Cheese Stuffed Portobellos

3 Portabello Caps1 oz blue cheese chunk - Crumbled2 Tbsp Bacon Bits1/2 Medium Yellow Onion - Diced1/3 cup whole wheat bread crumbs1 tbsp olive oil1 tsp minced garlicdash of crushed black pepper
Combine all ingredients except for mushrooms and olive oil in a bowl and mix well
Clean mushroom caps and apply a small bit of olive oil to bottoms
Divide filling between three caps and drizzled rest of olive oil over top
Grill or bake at 350 for about 20 minutes (mushrooms should shrivel and cheese should melt)
