Cauliflower Pizza Crust

Ingredients
1 Head of Cauliflower2 Eggs2 cups of low fat Cheese (separated 1 C each)Any pizza toppings you want (nutritional facts based on cheese pizza1 C marinara sauce1/2 T of garlic salt Italian seasoning
Directions
Pre-heat oven to 400. Steam Cauliflower 3 mins in Microwave. Run through a juicer to remove as much liquid as possible. Use the cauliflower pulp as your "flour" for your crust. Mix 2 eggs, cauliflower, 1 cup cheese & seasoning in a bowl.
Place Parchment paper on a cookie sheet. Spread mixture thin & bake at 400 for 40-45 mins. Remove from oven, add marinara, cheese & desired toppings & bake an additional 10 mins.
