Ingredients
12oz Fine Egg Noodles6 eggs2 1/2T Sugar1t salt2 1/2T butter12oz Evaporated milk
Directions
boil noodles for 15 mins, drain and set aside
In separate bowl, mix eggs, sugar, milk & salt
Melt butter and use to grease 13X9 glass baking dish (add remaining butter to noodles before mixing with liquid)
Add noodles to mixture and combine thoroughly
Bake at 350 for about 45 mins or until brown around edges
Check after 30 mins and pop any bubbles with a fork

Serving Size: makes 8 2X4 in peices
