Applesauce

Ingredients
8 Granny Smith, Jonagold and Crispin Apples1/4 cup fresh squeezed orange juice1/2 cup brown sugar1/2 t. cinnamon1/2 t. allspicepinch of salt
Directions
Peel, core and chop apples add to a pan with orange juice about 1/2 - 1 cup of water, cinnamon, allspice, and a pinch of salt and cook until apples are soft. Then process to taste (either with a potato masher for chunky style or with a blender or food processor for smooth).
