Cabbage salad with dill

Ingredients
1 cup fresh cabbage grated1/4 cup grated carrots3 sprigs finely minced dill1 tblsp. red wine vinegar (or another kind)1 tsp. olive oil (can omit if you choose)dash of salt (to taste)
Directions
mix all ingredients in a large bowl. Chill about 30 minutes. enjoy.

    I didn't have red wine vinegar so used balsamic instead. I also used dried dill because I didn't have fresh. It was very good with the substitutions I made. I'm sure it would have been better with the fresh dill that the recipe calls for. It was very easy to make and I plan on making it again. - 9/21/09
