Mock Larabar apple pie

Ingredients
15 dates pittedDried apple slices 1/2 lb3/4 cup walnutsCinnamon and nutmeg to taste
Directions
Blend walnuts in food processor add in dates, apple slices and spices and mix. Put mixture on parchment paper in 8x8 dish and put in fridge for at least 2 hrs before eating.
