1 1/2 lbs. 85% lean ground beef1 tablespoon olive oil1 large onion chopped1 clove garlic minced1 small cabbage chopped (about 5 inch diam. head)2 cans (14.5 oz. each) low sodium diced tomatoes1 can (8 oz.) tomato sauce1/2 cup water1 teaspoon black pepper1 teaspoon salt
Heat olive oil at med. heat in a large pan. Cook ground beef and onion until no pink in meat and onions are tender. Add garlic and cook 1 minute. Add the rest of the ingredients and boil for 20 to 30 minutes or until cabbage is tender.
