Creamy Chicken Noodle hotdish

4 skinless & boneless cooked chicken breasts2 c spiral whole wheat noodles2 c mini carrots1 c chopped celery6 green onions, chopped1 jar (15 oz) Bertolli light Alfredo Sauce3/4 c water
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Boil pasta until done (about 12 minutes). While pasta is cooking, chop carrots, celery, green onion, and chicken breasts. Place all in baking dish. Drain cooked noodles and add to baking dish. Pour in Alfredo sauce and mix well. Add about 3/4 c water to dish, cover and bake in oven for 30 minutes.
