Curry Chicken Burgers

Directions
Burger ingredients:- 1 lb ground chicken breast- 2 tbsp chopped shallots- 1 tbsp chopped ginger- 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil- 1/4 cup chicken brothsauce ingredients:- 1 tbsp chopped shallots- 1 tbsp curry powder- 1 tbsp olive oil- 1 tbsp tomato past- 1/2 cup chicken broth- 1/4 cup plain yogurt
Makes 4 burgers
In a skillet brown 2 tbsp shallots and 1 tbsp ginger with 1 tbsp olive oil. Then in a seperate bowl mix with ground chicken, 1 tbsp curry powder and 1/4 cup chicken broth. Make into 4 patties.
Then in a skillet brown remaining shallots with remaining tbsp of curry powder and olive oil. Then add remaining chicken broth, tomato paste and yogurt. Mix together and cook for an additional 4 minutes. Place the patties in the skillet with the sauce and cook until chicken is done.
