Asian Chicken Noodle Bowl

Ingredients
8 cups chicken broth, 99% fat free2 green onions, sliced1 t chopped fresh ginger1 clove garlic, minced1 ½ c diced cooked chicken6 oz thin spaghetti1 c sliced bok choy1 c sugar snap peasSeasoning to taste
Directions
Combine broth, onions, ginger, garlic & chicken in medium saucepan. Bring to boil. Add pasta and cook 2 minutes. Add veggies; simmer until veggies and pasta are tender. Can also add mushrooms or other veggies that you like. Season to taste. I like mine spicy, so I add either a little chili oil or Morton's Hot Salt. Serve with low-sodium soy sauce if desired.
