Low carb Chicken soup

Ingredients
2 Tbsp butter1 Large onion4 Chicken breasts6 cloves of garlic6 cups of vegetables (diced tomatoes, spinach, mushrooms etc)6 cups of chicken brothJuice of 1 small lemonSeason to taste (I use Pepper, Cilantro and Cumin)
Directions
Saute onion in butter until soft. Add chicken, cooking for about 5 minutes. Stir in vegatables, chicken broth and lemon juice. Bring to a boil, cover and simmer for about 15 minutes.
