Ingredients
1. Cut potato and cauliflower in pieces and take them and the mixed veggies and put them in pressure cooker. Steam for 2 whistles.2. In another pot, warm up canola oil, add cumin and mustard seeds, add green peppers and let sizzle, add cabbage, mix and add chilli powder3. Add crushed tomatoes4. Add Pau Bhaji Masalo - special package from indian store with all spices pre-mixed -- 2 tsps.5. Add salt6. Mash steamed veggies when ready7. Add sauce8. Add butter9. Mix and add salt as needed10.
