Avocado Tomato Puree Soup

Ingredients
3 Avocado1 Full crown broccoli4 Mushrooms1/2 Can of 1.5L Tomato Puree5 Baby bell peppers
Directions
Cook all veggies (minus the avocado) in a deep pan with olive oil and any spices you like. Then add fully-cooked chicken chunks. Once those are warmed, add the tomato puree and put a lid over the pan, with the heat on low for 5-10 minutes. The dish is done when the puree has become the consistency you want it.
