Honey Balsamic Chicken with Vegetables

Ingredients
1 lb boneless skinless chicken breast, cut into one inch cubes1 lb fresh asparagus (can use green beans) blanched1 cup fresh mushrooms sliced1 cup onion sliced2 cloves garlic4 tbsp balsamic vinegar4 tbsp honey2 tsp soy sauce1/2 tbsp olive oilpinch of salt and pepper
Directions
Add olive oil, onions, mushrooms and garlic to large sautee pan. Cook on medium for 5 minutes.
Add chicken and cook on medium high for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add balsamic, honey, soy sauce and asparagus to the pan and cook for 5 more minutes.
