2 lbs. pork sausage3/4 c. flour6 c. 1% milkSalt and pepper to taste
Brown the sausage over medium-high heat until cooked through, breaking apart as you go. Turn the heat down to medium. Drain any excess fat, then sprinkle with flour and stir in. Add in the milk and cook, stirring occasionally, until thickened. If the gravy is too thick for your taste, gradually add 1/4-1/2 c. milk at a time until it reaches desired consistency.
