Crockpot Chiken Tikka Masala with Cauliflower

Ingredients
Chicken Breast, no skin, 4 breast, bone and skin removedCauliflower, cooked, 1 large headPatak Tikka Masala cooking sauce, 1 jarCarrots, cooked, 2 carrots cut in piecesPeppers, red, 5 ring (3" dia, 1/4" thick) cut in quartersOnions, raw, 8 rings cut in halfMilk, nonfat (skim milk), 0.15 cupCorn Starch, 0.1 cup
Directions
Break down one large head of cauliflower into florets and add to the bottom of the crock, adding 1/3 of the sauce on top. Cut the chicken into slightly larger than bite size pieces and add on top of the cauliflower and 1/3 of the sauce. Add the remaining 2/3 of the jar of sauce on top of the chicken, cover, and cook on low for 8 hours. About 45 minutes before the cooking has finished add the pepper and onion and stir. While the crock pot is on warm or in the last few minutes of cooking, add the corn starch and milk mixture if you desire a thicker sauce.
