Banana Chocolate CocoNUT Bar

4 spotted bananas1tsp cinnamon1/4 tsp nutmeg1/8 cup chia seeds1 tbsp honey1 tsp vanilla extract 1/2 cup instant oats1/2 cup oat flour (blend up instant oats)1 egg0.7 oz pecans (about 10 pecans)1/4 cup shredded coconut1/4 cup mini milk chocolate chips1/4 cup white chocolate chips Sea Salt to taste
1. Preheat oven to 350F. And grease a 13x8 inch pan.
2. Mash bananas with honey,vanilla,nutmeg,cinnamon,honey,chia seeds,oats, and egg.
3. Mix in oat flour until just combined.
4. Pour mixture into pan.
5. Sprinkle chocolate, pecans, and coconut on top.
6. Take sea salt and sprinkle on top.
7. Place in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
8. Let cool and cut into 8 squares.
