Ingredients
2 tablespoons cornstarch 1/4 cup cold water 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce 3/4 cup water1/4 cup rice wine vinegar1 tbsp grated fresh ginger 2 crushed garlic cloves 3 tbsp brown sugar substitute 1 tbsp honey
Directions
Mix cornstarch and cold water in a cup and dissolve. Set aside.
Combine remaining ingredients in a saucepan over medium-low heat, stirring until well combined.
Add cornstarch mixture to pot, whisking.
Heat until sauce thickens to desired thickness.
