CRON remake Spark Sauteed Cumin Carrots

1/4 tsp cumin seed1 tsp grape seed oil2 large carrots sliced4 small radishes quartered1/4 cup water1/2 cup shredded zucchini1/2 cup finely chopped parsley1 tsp white pepper1/4 tsp ground cumin1 mandarin orange sectioned and halvedzest of limezest of 1 mandarin orange
Place grape seed oil and cumin seed in pan over medium heat for 1 minute.
Add carrots and radishes and cook uncovered until carrots are slightly appearing cooked. Add 1/4 cup water and allow carrots to continue to cook covered until near tender.
Add in zucchini, parley, pepper, cumin, mandarin orange and zests. Stir until all ingredients are heated.
