Ten Minute Fried Rice

Ingredients
Rice EggVeggies Ginger Garlic Soy/Teriyaki SauceRice Vinegar
Directions
Mince garlic along with ginger in an oiled pan for a minute. Add all four eggs on a low heat. Once they begin to cook, add cold, cooked rice. Add rice vinegar and oil and begin to stir. After a few minutes, add they frozen veggies (I used peas and corn). Add soy or teriyaki for flavor. Cool and store.
