Dijon Chicken

Ingredients
4 tsp.Dijon Mustard1/2 non fat yogurtsalt and pepper1/2 bread crumbs4 pieces of boneless chicken
Directions
Mix dijon mustard,yogurt,salt and pepper together.
I like to take a knife a stab the chicken so that the micture and soak into the chicken.The longer it marinates the better it tastes...when you are ready coat chicken with bread crumbs and placed on a pan sprayed with PAM.

Bake at 350 degrees...for about 20-25 minutes.
