Crispy Oven Baked Pork Chops

Ingredients
3/4 lbs Boneless Pork Loin Country Ribs2 tbsp Nonfat Plain Greek Yogurt2 tsp Garlic Powder3 tsp Mrs. Dash Garlic and Herb Seasoning1/3 cup Panko Bread CrumbsNon-stick cooking spray
Directions
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and prepare a baking pan with non-stick foil and cooking spray, or just cooking spray.

Divide boneless pork loin ribs into two equal pieces and pound lightly until they are approximately 1/2 inch thick. Mix yogurt with 1 tsp of the Garlic Powder and 1 tsp of the Garlic and Herb Seasoning. Coat both sides of the pork cutlets with the yogurt mixture and set aside.

Add remaining garlic powder and garlic and herb seasonings to Panko crumbs and mix. Coat both sides of pork chops evenly and place in baking pan. Sprinkle any remaining Panko crumbs over the top. Lightly spray with cooking spray.

Bake 30 to 35 mins until crust is just slightly brown.
