*BIRDSEYE STIR-FRY VEGETABLES PEPPER STIR FRY, 1 cupCelery, raw, 1 cup, diced*Extra Light Olive Oil, 1/3 of a teaspoonRulli Bros. Tomato Sauce, 1 Tbsp.
Dice celery. Pour a teaspoon of oil into a small fry pan. Swirl it all around; pour off the excess. Add pepper/onion mix and celery to pan.Season with salt, pepper and garlic salt to taste. Cook until celery is softened and peppers and onions are starting to brown a little. Add a spoonful of tomato sauce at the end of cooking time; immediately remove from burner and stir sauce into hot vegetables.
