Asian Grilled Pork Tenderloin

Ingredients
4 slices pork tenderloin (200 g)2 tsp (10mL) sesame-oil2 tsp (10mL)fresh lime juice1 tsp (5 mL)salt reduced soya saucefreshly ground pepper
Directions
In a non-stick, heat oil on medium-high. Sauté meat on each side for 2 minutes or until golden brown and still slightly pink inside. Add lime juice and soy sauce and sprinkle with pepper. Serve immediately.
