2.5lb Boneless Pork Shoulder 2 - 15oz cans of hominy2 - 4oz cans of green chilies3 sweet onions4 cloves of garlic8 medium tomatillos0.75 C Chicken Stock4T CuminSaltPepper
Cut pork into 1 inch cubes season with Cumin, Salt and pepper, and brown in skillet, put in crock pot
Use Chicken Stock to de-glaze the skillet, put liquid in crock pot
Use food processor to chop onions and garlic, put in crock pot
Use food processor to chop tomatillos, put in crock pot
Cook on low for 4 hours in crock pot
Add Hominy, cook for another hour
