no-guilt blueberry muffins

Ingredients
1 cup white flour1 cup oats - ground as finely as possible1/2 tsp baking soda1 tsp baking powder1/2 tsp salt1 tsp ground cinnamon1 large egg1 large banana1 tsp vanilla1 container 6-8 oz blueberry or vanilla yogurt1/2 cup skim milk1 1/2 cup frozen blueberriesPreheat oven to 425 and line a muffin tin with papers.Combine dry ingredients in a bowl.In a separate bowl, beat egg and banana until smooth.Add yogurt and milk and mix well.Add dry ingredients and blend until fully inbcorporated.Fold in blueberries.Spoon into muffin papers.Bake for 5 minutes at 425, then lower heat to 325 and bake for 10-13 minutes more.
