Coconut and cream ice cream

Ingredients
2.5 cups heavy cream2.25 cups full fat golden star coconut milk1 Tbsp. vanilla0.5 tsp. stevia extract (if desired)0/5 tsp. almond extract (if desired)
Directions
Mix all ingredients together in deep bowl with whisk until slightly frothy. Pour into ice cream maker; freeze according to manufacturer's directions -- about 25 minutes in ours.

Serving Size: Makes about 8 servings - almost 1/2 cup each
