Ingredients
2 cups rolled oats1 tsp cinnamon2 apples (medium)1/2 almond milk1/2 unsweetened applesauce1/4 pecans, chopped6 cups water
Directions
coat pan with nonstick cooking spray. add all ingredients to the slow cooker, then add 6 cups water. cover and set on low 8-9 hours.
