Crock Pot Bowtie Pasta Florentine

Ingredients
1 1/4 lbs Jenny-O Extra Lean Ground Turkey1 - Medium Onion Diced1 Clove Garlic minced1 - 15oz can Hunts Tomato Sauce1 - 15 oz Can Del Monte Stewed Tomatoes Original Recipe1 tsp - Dried Oregano1 tsp - Tone's Italian Seasoning1 6oz bag - Dole Baby Spinach5 oz - Whole grain Farfalle (bowtie) pasta1/2 Cup - Frigo Shredded Parmesan Cheese1 1/2 Cup - Low Moisture Part Skim Shredded Mozzarella
Directions
Brown Ground turkey with the onion and garlic, then place mixture into the crock pot. Add the tomato sauce, stewed tomatoes and seasonings. Cook on low 6 to 7 hours. Add the last 4 ingredients and turn the crock pot up to high for the last 30 minutes of cooking. Reserve 1/2 cup of Mozzarella that will be sprinkled on top during last 5 minutes of cooking.
