Power Raisin Oat Muffins

Ingredients
2 Cups ground oats1 cup oatmeal1/2 C. Honey1 t. baking powder1 t. baking soda1/2 t. salt1 1/2 C. Nonfat Honey Yogurt, I use Nancys2 Eggs4 T. Canola Oil1 t. Vanilla Extract1 C. Raisins, 1 cup (not packed)1/2 C. Pineapple Tidbits
Directions
Instructions
1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Coat muffin tin with cooking spray or liners.
3. Combine oat flour, oats, baking powder, baking soda and salt in a bowl.
4. Combine yogurt, honey, eggs, oil, and vanilla in a second bowl.
5. Fold yogurt mixture into dry mixture; stir to combine completely.
6. Add Raisins and Pineapple.
7. Spoon into muffin tins (don't be afraid to fill them full).
8. Bake until top is golden and springs back when you gently touch it, 20-25 minutes.
