Directions
brown ground beef. Rinse. Add in onions and mushrooms and garlic and continue to brown until onions are mostly soft. Stir in the rotel, soup, beans and spinach until well distributed. Put into a casserole pan and top with the cheeses. Bake at 350 until cheese is melted and bubbly.
