Berry Fruit Smoothie

Ingredients
1.5 frozen bananas7 medium size strawberries, frozen3/4 cup frozen blueberries8 oz lowfat vanilla yogurt1/2 cup skim milk3 cups ice cubes4 tsp sugar, optional
Directions
Add all fruit, yogurt and milk in blender and process until smooth. Add ice cubes gradually. Add sugar to taste if needed.
