85-cal 11-carb MOUSSE

Ingredients
1 4 serving box of sugar-free pudding mix (any flavor)1.5 c. Almond milk (I used Almond Breeze Coconut Almond Blend, unsweetened)1 scoop protein powder (I use EAS Lean 15) 15 gr.3/4 c. cool whip lite1/4 - 1/2 t. of extract (orange....mint....almond.... as desired, and to match the pudding flavor)
Directions
1. whip the protein powder with some of the almond milk with a whisk to dissolve it. Then add pudding mix & the rest of the almond milk. Whisk thoroughly for at least 2 min.
2. Fold in the cool whip. If desired, reserve a bit for the top.
3. Scoop into cute dessert glasses, chill for at least 5 minutes, and you are ready when your sweet tooth strikes.
