Spicy veggie bean salad

Cucumber (with peel), 12 cup slices(remove)Red Onion Raw (1/4 cup, 40g or 1.4oz), 3 cup(remove)Red Ripe Tomatoes, 12 cup, chopped or sliced(remove)Beans, black, 3 cup(remove)Beans, white, 3 cup(remove)*Chick Peas, 3 cup(remove)Carrots, raw, 4 cup, strips or slices(remove)*Giardiniera, 16 oz(remove)
Directions
cut up veggies to desired size ad shape then put everything in a bowl and mix.
