Slow Cooked Barbecue Pulled Chicken

Ingredients
1 (14.5 oz) can no salt added diced tomatoes1/4 cup apple cider vinegar2 tbsp. honey1 tbsp. smoked paprika1 tbsp. soy sauce1 tbsp. Dijon mustard1/4 tsp crushed red pepper flakes1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breastsalt and pepper to taste
Directions
Combine tomatoes, vinegar, honey, paprika, soy sauce, mustard and red pepper flakes in bottom of slow cooker.
Add the chicken and season with salt and pepper. Cover and cook on low until the chicken is falling apart, about 5 hours.
Serve with or without your favorite bbq sauce. Nutritional info is based on no bbq sauce added.
