Cole Slaw (Belgrade's)

Ingredients
Cabbage- Small head 4-1/2"- 1.25lb (8 cups shredded)Granulated Sugar-1/3 CupWhite Distilled Vinegar- 3/4 CupOil (Veg. or Canola)-1/2 CupSalt 1 tsp. or to taste
Directions
Shred Cabbage fine to make eight cups. Combine vinegar,sugar,oil, and whisk until sugar is dissolved. Pour dressing over cabbage and season with salt to taste. Cover and refrigerate for two hours stirring occasionally.
