Salad Burger in Pocket Pita with Soy-Mayo dressing (Vegetarian)

1 Fripat (Worthington brand or other veggie burger)1 slice lowfat cheese (optional)1 pocket pita1 handful of salad greens (or lettuce)1/2 roma tomato (or any variety of tomato will work)1/2 cup shredded carrots1/2 cup shredded beets1/2 cup sprouts 1/4 cup diced cucumberDressing:1/4 cup light mayonnaise1/2 tsp of tamari or soy sauce, to taste1 tbsp water
Cook fripat in oven or in skillet over medium heat, melt cheese on top of burger (optional);
cut opening in top of Pita pocket and place cheese side down onto one side, inside of pita pocket;
Add desired amount of salad greens, tomatoes, sprouts, shredded carrots and shredded beets, cucumbers
Pour dressing over (or throughout) and enjoy!
